Receiving a prestigious invitation to present in SCAP17, Singapore Conference on Applied Psychology. I will be presenting Psychological Well-being in Philippine Corporations. The findings in my study show a strong and significant correlation among perceived stress, job satisfaction, and participation in health and well-being programs with Employee Psychological Well-being. Further, job satisfaction interacts significantly with perceived stress to have a positive impact on employee well-being.
These insights are significant to human resource practitioners who look for ways to increase employee well-being as it is positively correlated to work engagement and employee productivity.
